A refund will be given on any unopened boxes of tiles returned after completion of your job within 2 weeks of PURCHASE date.
A restocking charge of 30% may be applied to refunds
No refunds without a valid receipt and please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
NO CASH REFUNDS, a cheque will be posted within 10 working days.
Special order items cannot be returned or refunded
Check all goods and insure that they are correct in look, quantity, colour and size as ordered, as no claim can be entertained once goods have been fixed.
Customers must ensure that they have enough tiles on site for the project. If not order more of the same batch, tone and shade. No guarantee can be given that an item will remain in stock.
Orders accepted and promises of delivery given are conditional and delays can arising through delays in manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
Claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time of purchase or delivery.
The company gives no warranty in respect of crazing, shading in tiles or other defects. A shade variation is inherent in the manufacture of tiles.
Quantities given by us are approximate only and we cannot accept responsibility for their accuracy. Designs, done by us , are given in good faith as guidelines only.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory or Common law Rights and do not affect your rights under the Sales of Goods Act, 1893 as ammended.
